Exchanges, Cancellation & Return Policy

In aurasonlinehub we have No Question Asked Return Policy.

  •   You are eligible for 100% replacement/refund If the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, quality issues or you dislike the product after installation please inform us immediately after installation.  
  • Make to order (Customized order) cannot be refunded or replaced if the product is damaged or defective the damaged part will be replaced free of cost.
  • We offer hassle-free returns through courier pickup. You do not have to bear any courier or shipping charges for returns.
  • For replacement/ refund you just need to be brought to our notice (via phone / email / WhatsApp). To return furniture, you can reach us at support@aurasonlinehub.com, or call us on (+91) 7082646353 .
  • Any product returned to us should be in the same condition as received in its original packaging, invoice and tags with all accessories.
  • aurasonlinehub is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with any product you have ordered from us.

Returns/Exchange:

  • Replacement through courier shall only be done for products with the same price as the product being returned. Or of higher value product with differential amount to be paid in advance. No replacement will be done with the lower value product.
  • All refunds & replacement process initiation shall be subject to pick up of all cancelled product from your/customer’s premises.
  • After the product is received and verified by aurasonlinehub team we shall process a refund/replacement within 1-2 weeks of receipt of the product.
  • Refund will be initiated via NEFT or by the way payment was originally made.

 

Cancellation Policy:
If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel the order (or part of the order) within 24 hrs of the order confirmation. If you cancel after 24 hrs processing fees @5% of the value of order will be deducted.
